A classic board cut with Linatex bands
This slingshot has flexible leather straps to attach the tubular rubber. A very smart solution: You can use the leather pieces to attach tubular or cubic rubber, and chinese-style double tubes, but still have the rounded fork ends to convert it to an over-the-top slingshot for flatbands.

Here you can see a classic chinese-style slingshot and the jig that was used to bend it. The slingshot is wrapped with rubber for a comfortable grip and uses the chinese "Pretzel" attachment for double tubes.
